At Giant Sydney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit or performance level, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our service team via email or visit our Sydney CBD showroom with your original proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is clean, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included accessories intact.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Securely package your items and mail them back to our George Street location, or simply bring them in-store for an immediate inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or assist you in selecting replacement gear.
